The entire Active 20-30 USA & Canada has been honored by the President of the USA as a Point of Light, which will be announced this Friday. We have also received an official comodation form the US House of Representatives recognizing our entire organization for service to youth.

The White House also gives out a Presidential Youth Service Award which we have won! We will be presented with the award this Friday at a press conference in honor of Global Youth Service Day. Each club is receiving a separate award as well which should be sent out, hopefully, in time for you to receive them this Friday.

Press releases to the major news outlets in your areas will be sent out. We also have the media database available for you to send additional press releases if you choose (please do). Keith Engel, the Public Relations Chair has been copied on this email so if you would like to do additional promotion in your area about this honor, please contact him.
