House for rent

Hello All
I will be in Boquete the 1st week of August and would very much like to rent a furnished house for 8-9 days. I am currently building a home and getting tired of the hotel rooms! Any help would be appreciated. 2-3 bedrooms would be great.

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1800sf townhouse in Valle Escondido that I do rent out. It is fully furnished and includes the membership to the country club. There is a golf course there as well, if you like to golf. I have attached some pictures, so take a look and let me know if you are interested.

I left a post earlier. I am a single mom with 2 boys 16 and 13, newly divorced. I was truly thinking of moving to a place where life would be so much more enjoyable and laid back, a better quality of life to raise my kids. I make about 35000 a year and am a medical transcriptionist so I can take my job anywhere. Is that enough to live off of there comfortably without all the stress? And also, how much would your place rent for or what could I expect to pay in rent there? What are the terms?

Hello Carla,

I rent my place out for $1275/mo for a 6 month lease or $1475/mo for a month to month rental. As far as the quality of life and could you live there on $35k a year? I guess it all depends on your lifestyle. I don't know what the cost of schools are there, so that is something that you should check out as well.

My place is in Valle Escondido, a gated community which has a country club (pools, hot tub, work out room and raquet ball court that are available if you rent my place. It is also on a golf course, if you like to golf.
