Since many do not watch local television I wanted to attempt an interpretation, of this article on TVN-2s website. It is important.
As a footnote I met investigators from the office of Ana Belfon today in Boquete. They are active in the investigation. As is correct they gave no new information. I just want people to know this has not been forgotten both local and Dutch police are working all leads.

Several foreigners have disappeared in our country without knowing what happened to them. Several cases have had fatal outcomes. The list now includes two the two Dutch women who disappeared while supposedlyhiking a trail leading to Baru Volcano.
The disappearance of young Lisane Froom and Kramers Kris has become a court case, the Homicide Unit and the Prosecutor Against Organized Crime are investigating.
The Ana Belfon, head of investigation, said they have joined forces to review the issue of rising crime in the province of Chiriqui. She noted that this Thursday she will be touring the province.
The authorities intend to determine whether young Dutch women were the subject of a criminal act. These tourists disappeared like other foreigners living in Panama.
The jurist Edgardo Diaz Falcon believes that staff here is not properly prepared and preliminary investigations should be performed. He said the first 48 hours are crucial in any research, after more time you lose interest in the case.
Currently retired American Robert Elhert has 10 months of being gone and there is no indication of his whereabouts. No authority in Panama has managed to find out what happened to him.
There have been other cases of missing foreigners in the past two years. Last year the remains of American Yvonne Lee Baldelli found in a backpack in Carenero Island, Bocas del Toro. She spent more than a year missing.
Also, the bones of the Canadian Ed Moynan, who was found three months gone. Both were assassinated.

Replies
At least the prime suspect in the Yvonne Baldelli has been apprehended and will stand trial here for committing the murder and in the U.S. for lying about it to the Feds.
This is letter was posted on the young women's Facebook page today.

Foundation Find Kris and Lisanne
Amersfoort , April 24, 2014 .
Dear family , friends and stakeholders ,
As parents and brothers Kris Kremers and Lisanne Froon , we want to be sure that the search for our girls continues. Even though we are now back in Holland , we want to do everything to keep the research in Boquete ( Panama ) going on and if a track is to intensify it. We have acquired quite a lot of support from everyone around us , and have frequently been asked , "What can we do to help ?" We sometimes have not had the opportunity to thank everyone there , personally , but we greatly appreciate this support .
To ensure that all aid is coordinated and arrives at the place where it is most effective in bringing back our daughters , we have a foundation and a joint bank account opened for this :
Foundation Find Kris and Lisanne
The account of the Foundation NL92INGB0006527919
Board members are Peter Froon , Hans Kremers , and Marcel Everloo ( accountant)
The funds in this account the cost of ongoing research will be paid , such as the use of sniffer dogs if requested and appropriate , payment of local researchers , renew and putting up posters , hold the attention in the media , sending people from the Netherlands to Panama and everything we come across that we think it helps to find . Kris and Lisanne back We welcome tips and ideas from people , but still want to maintain control of what happens in the context of recovery of our daughters as a family. Therefore , this is in addition to a local account in Boquete ( Panama ) is the only account that is used for fundraising in the Netherlands .
We are in constant contact with our contacts in Panama and with the authorities there , as well as the Dutch police team and the Dutch ambassador in Panama . If it seems necessary as a family to return to Panama to bring the research back some urgency back back we will certainly do .
Thanks for all your support !
Love,
Hans Kremers and Roelie Grit , parents Kris Kremers
