Just bought a house from Ryan at Casa Solutions. Very professional and doesn't play the gringo bingo game. Will use & recommend him again.

  So far no luck with realtors, one wasted trip to inspect a $15K-over-priced in Los Albanicos after I specifically said no to the area beforehand. Another with a $15K-over-priced Alta Mar. The owners were bikers I didn't know whom they were and almost drove off in a major hurry!

  I have talked to Jazmine over the phone a couple of times, difficult to their attention. If I had another $25K things would be easier ...but alas ...

    Casa Soln has listed a nice house started in Jaramillo - great area and foundation and a huge first floor maze of walls, I am sure there is more than meets the eye but I got to thinking maybe it isn't too late to convert to a duplex and if someone would match my $100k or so we'd be set in 6 months or so.
