Architect/Builder recommendations?

Hello All. 

We are planning an extension to an existing house which also will involve interior remodelling. While not terribly extensive it will require someone who is qualified and knowledgable.

In our case we do not require someone who speaks English as we speak fluent Spanish.

But I thought to ask for recommendations here.

Basically, we are looking for an engineer/architect who can help us draw up the plans for the extension/remodel and then a builder qualified to carry them out.

Any information, anecdotes, would be appreciated.

I can highly recommend Leticia Pitty.  She is an architect and a builder.  She recently built my roller skating rink here in Boquete.  She is great!  She has good ideas and has an excellent staff of workers.  Can't recommend her enough!
