I need volunteers to help with a community fundraising project .I need persons with woodworking skills to build small items. I also need access to tools for this project. I will be looking for material donations and organizing the sales. I also need volunteers that can help me design and cost out the project.

What kind of wood things you would need made
Do you do woodworking? I'm actually looking into three individuals that may be able to help. It may be enough for the start of this project.
Gail: Very strange that you cannot reveal your charities. This won't go far.
Why are some people that post here so quick to jump to negative conclusions about everything.
I already have things in the works. I was just looking to see if I could attract some volunteers in order to keep cost down so that almost all monies go to certain charities. I would discuss the details with those individuals and charities. Nothing else. Nothing mysterious.
If you do not want to or unable to help, then why are you interfering?

I don't read Jim's response or Marie's question as being negative. People simply like to know before volunteering who will benefit from their work.
Perhaps not. I think that I can do this another way. I'm sorry that it created negativity in any way.
The proceeds would be divided among several charities. I'm in the beginning of planning for this. I have talked to a person who may help with the woodworking and another about materials. I'm just trying to see if I can get support for this at this time.
