Authentic Greek Gyros in Boquete! It is TRUE!

Mark Perrin Jones, along with partner Gary have brought the new and exciting taste of Greek Gyros to the pueblo of Boquete.They are located directly across the street from Choix and the Sandwich Factory. There is no sign, just an open window where you place your order. They are open from noon to 6pm. Soda and water are available, but your are welcome to BYOB.The choices are simple: Grande or Jumbo. Beef, Chicken, or a mix. There is also the carnivore special that includes bacon. The pitas are made on site, as is the well balanced tzatziki sauce. Rounded out with lettuce, red onion and tomato they were GREAT!Compliments to Antoino the chef, and Magaly the pita maker.Congratulations to Mark and Gary.Now all we need is really great Chinese food.

    WOW!  I'm going tomorrow.  I haven't had a good gyro since New York.  That was a long time ago.  Thanks for the info.
