Behind the Scenes....?

My Dave said today, "Well what is going to disappear from our house THIS time"?

I cannot argue with him because many of our, .... and our friends things "End up on Stage" !

You see, that is one of my many "jobs" at the theater.

BCP , ("Boquete Community Players") is a Volunteer Group here in our loved Pueblo, Boquete, since 2005.

The BCP Volunteers took on an old rundown Bar in 2009 and turned it into the vibrant Tuesday Market,Tuesday Talks, Community Events Center, Concert Hall, that you see Today... .. and Most important to Us, the Theater folks who began this process,...... A variety of kinds of Plays/Shows!

Upcoming is an Event, Play and Musical all rolled into one....you do not want to miss if you live here, or are visiting here.

"Postcards From Paradise" was written (words and all Music) by expats Mickey and Squirt.

Please see the Event Calendar on the left for times and dates etc.

Now, for the real "behind the scenes question..

Do You have for "borrowing" ....... "wooden beaded curtains", or 2 smallish round tables?

Or have you seen the "beads" anywhere in David (Boquete stores do not have)

Your possessions can be "Stars" for a moment. BCP would be very appreciative.

This Big, Big new Show/Event in Boquete is being Directed by Marilyn Jenkins.

Some of you all know her for her computer expertise..

But I know her from years ago when in Romero's I said to her "Why don't you join BCP?" She said "Too busy, no time for that, etc." Well, since then she has been the BCP Videographer and has directed Several of our Shows.

We thank you Madame Director.... and appreciate your Talent and Time.

I just saw the beaded curtains last week at Ed Poderoso. In the back by fabrics and curtains. Didn't notice how much they were but they were very pretty.
