Just had our first meal at the new tapas restaurant. We tried four of the tapa offerings and all were very good. Cocktail of the day was daquari and was also very good. Mostly enjoyed the atmosphere on the patio behind the restaurant. Nice music and nicely decorated. Service was excellent. Can't wait to return to try more!

We enjoyed the salad with avocado and shrimp yesterday, and it was delicious. $9.50 menu price, and they will give you the Pensionado discount. Their happy hour is from 4 - 6 PM and they offer a different 2 X 1 drink every day. Yesterday was Sangria.
Nice and quiet on the back deck, and the service was very good. We'll go back.
I'm in the "Keith Woolford school" - if lunch costs more than $5 it's too expensive. I don't think 1 tapa will be enough to eat. Guess we'll have to try 'em for dinner! With a Jubilado discount they should be reasonable. I didn't understand the remark about them being a new business, therefore not asking for the discount. I'm sure these guys priced it into their menu - it's part of doing business in a community with so many Jubilados.
is their menu posted anywhere online? how are the prices?

Tapas run between $4.50 and $7.50. They also have salads and other entrees that are around $12-$15, if I remember correctly. We had 4 tapas, a dessert and 4 daquaris for a total of about $41. Not the cheapest place in town, but a nice change from the available offerings. BTW, we did not ask for discount since they are a new business.

It was the alcohol mostly. Not bad if you don't drink. In line with Baru and Mango. Actually less than Mango.
