Oh no sweetie, I'm not living in the past! I make a big 'ol pot of Award Winning chili almost every week for the Tuesday Market. So, while I appreciate your beginner tips, I think experience will show who's got Real Texas chili and who's goin' to the dogs!
btw, my chili started slow simmering yesterday.
Today I'm busy baking chocolate cake and making fresh cinnabons.

Bless your heart, Manzar, it was only last year you brought that chicken with veggie stew to the contest, thinking it was chili. (You remember last year, when we WON).

You mean authentic "KaraChili". I think the only REAL Texas Chili you've eaten is MINE!!!!

Here's some of my ingredients:

Guajillo, Puya, Negrito, Moreno, Costeño, New Mexican, Anaheim, Ancho, Cascabelle, and a few more I'm not sayin'.

And, that's real Angus Chuck steak. Hook 'em!

  One Restaurant has entered as of today. If you do not want to enter there is a $ 10.00 fee which allows you a taste of all and to Vote. We will also be having a raffle with gift certificate to local restaurants.
