If you are buying a real live Christmas tree this year i would like to know.
The city may be planning a community wide event. This event will be a community gathering where the city will have a bonfire made with Christmas trees and Hanukkah bushes. Also, they may provide at a low cost, food and drinks. The idea is to provide more community wide events to create a closer knit community. I say possibly because this is rather late for planning and i am not sure how many trees we could get to make the bonfire. if it does not happen this year, then we will better prepare for next year.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are buying a tree and would donate it to the community bonfire.

Richard, assuming this would happen in early January, that historically is a windy month during which time the area often experiences brush fires. I'm not sure this would be a good time for a bonfire.
And what city would this be? Surely you do not mean Boquete pueblo which is nothing more than a Village.
