Commando Krav Maga is not bound by rules. In an attack, your attacker has no respect for rules, so why should you? We take out our opponents quickly and efficiently by using pain, induced through bio mechanics. We go for eyes, throats, ears, fingers and do lots of hand strikes to various sensitive parts of the human anatomy to achieve maximum results QUICKLY! We want to be out of the fight as quickly as it started with minimum fuss. Unlike martial arts, you are not rewarded with different colored belts, judged on your style or choreographed. It's not about staying in the ring as long as possible. This is for the street and not the dojo. We believe in: keeping it simple, engage/disengage and maximum damage in minimum time! We say that the winner of a fight is the guy who gets to go home-so, walk away or fight, the choice is yours. But if you are going to fight, at least KNOW WHAT TO DO!!Weekend courses of Commado Krav Maga will begin April 18 and 19 and continue on the 25 and 26.Call Pam at 6449-5966 or email me at pampan11@gmail.com for more information.

Lynnie, I believe you are new here and naive. Breaking and entering crimes, while owners and dogs are home, are on the rise...right here in peaceful Boquete. In Panama City and in David (as is true in any urban area around the world) there are personal attacks, ATM-nappings, etc. etc. Krav Maga states that one should NEVER initiate a confrontation...what it does is give you the skills and confidence to END aggression started by someone else and walk away a survivor and not a victim. I took the course and it was invaluable. If you look at the world situation, "the time's they are a'changing..." I want everyone in my family to be trained and be able to defend him/herself should the unfortunate situation arise where there is need.
Dimitri Traikos is the ultimate professional, and the only person certified to teach this in all of Central or South America. We are very fortunate to have such a resource available..
Dimitri is former British SAS. He was trained and certified to teach Levels I and II by head of the school that TRAINS the Israeli army. He will be certified to teach level III this summer. I fully intend to take the course when he is prepared to teach it.
Hey Pam, Rachel wants to go for the Saturday session of April 18th, but we got this family reunion with all of Habla Ya's Staff on Sunday so she could only go for the first day... and on the weekend of the 25/26th my brother in law is over so she couldn't make that day.
First question: can she join in for 1 day and how much would it cost?
Second question: where there be more sessions in the future_
Julio
Pam knows me and managed to personally hand me the price for a whole weekend. Hmm... If you are really interested let her now how she can contact you (maybe through a private message through this site) and she'll give you the price. Or just call her a or write her an email... just put in the subject: price for Krav Maga...
That's my advice. I'll let her decide if she want to post it here... but I think it's really good value and if I manage to get a Saturday off work I'm going to take them... or if not me, my wife and then she'll be able to defend our family!
