We are back from Bocas del Toro and got through another Crisol de Razas. This one proved to be quite challenging. Slow internet, no A/C, no bathrooms, power outages, and over 1,000 people per day made for a 26 hour day of sweat and tears of joy.
A process that normally takes 5 hours in Panama City took 26 hours with 2 hours of sleep and back for 8 more hours for a work permit.
Immigration workers were faced with challenges as well but we all worked together to get through it.
Again we obtained 100% success. This time the challenges were greater as the immigration workers were not informed of all the Crisol de Razas requirements but the relationship I have built with the higher ranking personnel allowed a successful transition and understanding to obtain residency visas.
Thanks to all of those that trusted Craig and I to guide and assist them through this process.
Their patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.

Nancy has this procedure nailed down. Where I saw other people fumbling for forms and reports, Nancy had her group totally prepared with the proper paperwork in advance. Even though the process was extraordinarily long, that part was beyond her control. Good job!
I was privileged to be escorted by Nancy and Craig to this event. Please, the community should know that we would not have been successful without Nancy.
Nancy was professional and complete. She knew exactly what to do and who to talk to when three of us were about to be denied the residency visa. Nancy was more familiar with the rules and law than the interviewers and document analysts.
Thank you Nancy for your tireless effort and thank you Craig for the company, conversation and support.
