Could someone give me examples of pricing for a package back to the U.S. regular mail from  David, PO.

I don't speak enough spanish YET to get the information from them.

Approx size/weight/prices?

I ship coffee regularly. You cannot ship more than 1 kilo, it needs to be inspected before you wrap it. You need to either put it into an envelope or box it there. You cannot use tape, only glue with brown wrapping paper to cover the box.

A kilo registered mail, Recomendado, to the US will cost about $7 and take 3-4 weeks to arrive. You can track it on the USPS website after it hits Panama City. I have never lost a registered mail shipment.

That's good news Lee thanks. I found some fresh corvina at Romero's also--thanks again. My niece seen a nogube women in dress and has to have one. That's the package being shipped. Maybe a pound at best.
