- As this is a matter of public record in Panama, attached is a denuncia against the owners of Casa Decor, John Russell Phillips and Patsi Phillips.
We've tried everything to resolve this matter privately to no avail. We don't want others getting hurt .

It is not our position to get involved in community & personal disputes. We also do not want neighbors and or community members to get hurt. The Phillips have every right to defend their position if the wish and or allow the Panama court system to rule. We hope both can resolve amicably.
