I don't have an email for him, but I'll try to remember to give him yours when I see him next. Ross would also be good. Fernando is a native Panamanian, which might mean you'd have the opportunity to ask cultural questions from a native who speaks excellent English while you're driving around.
Another option you might consider before you visit... if you have SKYPE for phone use of your computer (free), you can choose to pay a monthly small fee to be able to call land lines, cell phones, businesses in a particular country. I pay $6/month to be able to call basically anyone in the US with my SKYPE account. It's been way worth it to ease up business calls and be able to call my friends who don't have SKYPE. I'm guessing you can probably do the same for numbers in Panama if you're making calls to realtors, hotels, etc.
I agree. SKYPE is worth having for long distance and international calls. Ten dollars credit lasts me all year.

Jim, that's the address I have, and that's the address I use to contact Gloria. Try it again, and if that doesn't work I'll have Glorida contact you. I suggest you contact as many guides as are recommended and compare their prices. I've heard there is quite a disparity.
