Eardrum Perforation Surgery

Hello All,
I need to have this surgery done and they don't have the equipment to do it in Chiriqui. I'm looking at Hospital San Fernando as a possibility in Panama City, but open to other options as well.

I have insurance with MS Panama which is the new name for the old MS Chiriqui Insurance (at Hospital Chiriqui).  They now work with Hospital San Fernnado in Panama City too it seems.

Anyone have a good ear, nose, throat doctor (surgeon) in Panama City they recommend?
