These people are the best. Great service, always a friendly smiling face, and outstanding customer service. Something that we all come to expect, but don't always get here in Panama. You won't be sorry that you use them.

Yes it might be, but here is the REAL low down. They provide "customer service". Something that we as "gringo's", and I don't mean Americans come to expect. They are customer service related. If the price is about the same, I will always choose the service that provides what I consider "great service". Not some (excuse the expression) half ass service. Dad always said, " you pay for what you get". Enough said.

mailboxes etc. has some of the best people working there & outstanding customer service.  we are very happy with what they have to offer.  i say this not to take anything away from eshop, just defending the personalized, cheerful customer service available here in boquete.  how you pay for your packages/mail is all about personal preference,  we are fortunate we have so many options.

i agree Susan, the team at MBE is great. Karinthia is also a very responsible, bilingual professional. As well as a difference in rates for occasional users, there is usually parking available at the E-Shop, not always easy to find at MBE. (Jim has a big U.S. model pickup, btw).

I always have to wait two weeks to pick up my package.  I've called, no one answers because they are closed due to a celebration going on.  I've left messages and no one returns my calls.  It may only take 3-4 days to get your package to Miami but it will take another 7-10 days to pick it up at MBE.

when do  you  apply  volume  weight??

Hi eShop,

Could you possibly give a breakdown of your rates? Or, do your rates fluctuate?

Thanks! Jim

I would like a copy of your rates also!   Thanks.

Park around the corner.  It's easier.

Yesterday I left after waiting five minutes for their valet attendant.

Eshop is the best we have found.Have shipped over 25+ packages in the last 6 months. Not one was ever tampered with Karinthia will work with you nose to nose, your not a number your a friend.Try that at Mailbox.inc.We even lost one because our friend forgot to put the PTY number on it.Through 1000s of invoices in FL she found it.Talk about service. And also she speaks english perfect. As far as parking,we have not had any problem at all, just park behind the rental cars, who cares. She has better parking than most of downtown. Her rates are as good or beter than anyone, and you get SERVICE.

Boy,i like your words,"put it in perspective please".I thought i did????I'm not promoting anyone, nor am i being negative.I'm just tellin what i see.I will deal with a local every chance i get. This is there country not yours, quit tryin to change it.If you love everything you had in the states move back.I'm sure a lot of you love the low cost of getting your yard done for $20 bucks. What a joke. But you forget he has kids to feed also. Some of you feel your better than a local, your not.Welcome to Boquete, quit trying to change it.I have a Fedex and a UPS account that i use in the states but here i use the best service around and keep the money in Panama.

Tom
