Eshop missing parcels

I am wondering how many people are still waiting for eshop parcels. I have been waiting for some months now and they apparently have been sitting in pty. let's take a poll.I understand they are doing what they can but just wondering if anything is getting through. Does anyone know anything? Is there Hope? Do we kiss our stuff good bye? Has this happened before? Some concrete answers would be nice from Eshop.Thanks

I buy things online through ebay, and the place I use in David, it only takes 2 weeks to get here.

I have no idea whether or not my package is in PTY or not because E-shop refuses to even look for my package on their shelves. Last time I will use them EVER. I've already kissed mine good-bye.

Well, as usual, it was just too good to be true. I ordered a book about 2.5 months ago but the sender didn't send it with a company that assigns a tracking number because I didn't request that they do. E-shop won't even look and see if it is on the shelf if they don't have a tracking number. So much for customer service. Thank God it was only a book

I am still missing my irders from over a month ago. Its not the delay that makes me the mist angry its the not beeing nottified as soon as the delay qas known with the truth of the delay. The piir customer service. The several different answers you get when you ask about your packages.and beeing messaged by her husband when you complaine of the poor service with non direct threats ( real buisness like) I am atill waiting for my items and once i get them all it will be the last time i use there service

we have packages held up since December too, ( Christmas gifts) no one seems to care, and calling customs. They also could care less. Customer service is really lacking when you do not take the initiative to help your customers.

Perhaps a declaration is one way to prevent this from happening in the future.
