What we do at Finca Santa Marta
Finca Santa Marta was established in 2007 by Ron and Kim Miller. Our goal then was, as it still is today, to develop the infrastructure to grow and process quality produce using 100% sustainable organic methods. Our free range chickens provide our customers with both meat and eggs. We also distribute organic and natural products from around the world.
We pride ourselves on raising and distributing the largest variety and freshest organic vegetables and fruits available in Panama.
Because we have used totally organic production methods since the inception of the farm in 2007 and prior use of the land did not require chemicals, we are happy to be one of the first local farms to be considered for certification under the new organic certification program being developed by MIDA. This process, which has taken 2+ years is almost finished. We expect to be officially certified in the first quarter of 2018.
Check our web site out at http://www.fincasantamarta.biz/ to place an order to be delivered to the Tuesday Morning Market in Boquete, or delivered to Dolega or David pickup points Tuesday afternoon. Order deadline is 7:00 am on Monday morning. Orders place after the cutoff will be filled and delivered if possible. If you do not get an immediate confirmation of your order… then we did not get your order. Be sure and verify your email address when registering. Recently we have had a few new clients miss type their address and of course those emails bounce back to us. Also we need your Panama cell phone number.
