Many doctors make the specialty in Internal Medicine and then make the sub-specialties. But there are some doctors that are dedicated exclusively to the internal medicine, and researchers are very good, this must be the starting point when a patient does not know where to begin. Specialist in Internal Medicine looked everywhere inside and outside the agency at the macro and micro. Specialist in any other branch is going to make more emphasis on their specialty.

Dr. Osario is good, but he's at Chiriquí Hospital.
