We had planned to have lunch there today right after the Market/Lecture ended at 12PM -- We walked over and it wasn't open yet. I hadn't noticed when I initially read the post that they opened at 1PM, which seems kinda late for lunch to start. Perhaps another time.
I have eaten there and I have found the food very good with good service. This is a good option for an easy and inexpensive meal.
It's right where they indicated, on the corner "in front" (I'd say behind) the fountain. Across from Mandarin. They never seem to be open, but maybe they're open more now - I've heard they have good nachos and decent cheeseburgers. Its a very small place, so easy to miss when they're not open. If you try their food, I'd be interested in reading your review!
Ohh... its the little place on the corner of the Park .. I wasnt sure what Peatonal meant and I dont know of Pachitas.
I have not seen it open either before.
