I think I have one...never used..in the office at the Zapadora.I have no minutes to call though..all expired. You can email me at dinneheidke@yahoo.com

This happened to us and we called Vonage (866-243-4357) from a friend's phone and they sent us a new one overnight. Shipping was free. We just had to pay for the new unit.
