Instead of going to Sertacen in David you can do it at the ATM machines at the banks with your debit Visa or Master local or USA cards. After putting language and pin code, press PAY, press the button ATTT and follow the next steps.Take the receipt out of the machine and keep it in your glove compartment together the parking ticket.

In David, you don't pay parking/traffic tickets at Sertracen, however. They are paid at the ATTT office in another part of the mall (the last time I was there).
