I bought twin mattresses at La Reina, the department store on the main street in Boquete. Saw they had bigger ones too. They also sold 3-4" foam pads, and delivered.
Across the street in the fabric store, they also sold foam pads, up high in the back of the store on the right, rolled.
I don't remember Gail, I'm sorry. I bought mine at Arrocha several years ago so don't remember how much it was. I'm picky about what I sleep on and want it to be sanitary. These are covered, not just a foam pad. They are packaged. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Conway may have them in their bedding area as well.
PENECO if you just need foam rubber of just about any size. They will cut foam to size for you if requested. They also have decent prices on basic foam mattresses. English spoken.
El Poderoso has a very good selection of mattresses ranging from basic thin foam to plush top for very good prices. The furniture and such is on the second floor, which I didn't even know existed until just recently. Not much English, but the employees are very helpful and we find a way to communicate.
Do-It Center, Conway for egg crate foam toppers. Somebody posted a while back a place in David to buy foam rubber.
PENECO. Go down Obaldia all the way until it is one way coming toward you and you are forced to turn right Obaldia is the main road into the center of David, going past Super Baru. After turning right, look for Nat Mendez. Turn right onto Calle B. PENECO is on the left side.

Arrocha also has memory foam mattress toppers near the elevators. Cannot remember if on the first level or upstairs though.
Do you know how much they are?

How much would a double size 4" foam pad cost?
