I know that this has been covered before, but it seems like a good time to bring it up again.
Here's a pretty good overview of proper etiquette for List, Group, and Forum posts:
http://www.netmanners.com/658/message-board-and-forum-etiquette/
Also keep in mind that when you use all capital letters in your post, it is the equivalent of shouting or yelling at people. Do you really have to yell to get your point across?
Another thing to consider is that this Forum is open to lots of people you don't know and who don't know you. Things that may be well understood by friends or family on your Facebook page may not be interpreted the same way by strangers.
I've broken some of these "rules" myself, but promise to do better in the future. ;-)

I'm certainly no expert in this area, BUT I just got one of those International Living postcard emails and it was on this very subject. Here's an excerpt:
"... and she answered a question that was on lots of people's minds:
What About the Affordable Care Act When You Live Overseas?
Glynna's response: If you're a permanent resident abroad...then the assumption is that you're taking care of your health care abroad and you don't have to be insured in the United States."
Again, I don't know if that's the definitive answer to the question ...

It is.
Well. I have to read his articles to see what is he considering in that poll.
When he was member of the PAPA EGORO Political movement he did some writings about population and it special characteristics. Some I do share the same points of view others.... well need more information to place them as a real fact. But he, in general, could be a reliable source of information.

It is not Raul Reis, it is Raul Leis. I knew him and read some of his works on sociology. Even that it is not my field I always like to subjects for study: sociology and psicology. Unfortunately this gentleman passed away some years ago.
Well. I guess I will return back to the thread of this post.
Behaviour in forums on the internet. It is a difficult theme and as someone here stated: everybody thinks only on their rights, it doesn't matter if for fight for their rights they will have to step or crush on others people rights.
I know that some people behave and do things online that they are fearful to do personally. Looks like being behind a keyboard give them some kind of adrenaline to become bullies and bad persons.
