Most everyone knows by now that the "owner" of this mantra has now left us, and in fact these words were Leonard Nimoy's last communication, in a Tweet a couple of days before his death.
I would hope that his wish will grace all of us! And in that spirit, have started a new group for anyone who is interested in health and longevity and wants to share experiences, suggestions, learnings, teachings, or other wisdom; and of course, questions!
Please go to https://boquete.ning.com/group/all-things-medical-dental-health-wellness-longevit (y?) where I believe you can join directly; or send me a friend request and I'll invite you.
We have a wealth of healers amongst us, and all of us are capable of self healing (that may be why we're here!) let's take advantage of them to make our stay in this paradise as long as possible!

Hmm, I didn't plan on this thread developing its own life as a "Spock" site. But hey, he was an icon...
The actor Leonard Nimoy had a rather interesting life beginning as a Ukrainian Jew growing up in Irish Boston. Much of this life informed his character Spock, including of course his seeming alone-ness, and the iconic symbol, based on a Hebraic letter.
He wrote several books, including "I am not Spock" and subsequently "I am Spock!".
There's a life lesson right there.
Anyway, a few other life lessons are gathered here

There is also apparently a new Canadian sport called "Spocking Fivers"...
Personally, I think the "do" would look better on Abe Lincoln than Sir Wilfred Laurier!
Thank you Louise ...PS..always loved Spock....Go Boldly!....
