Looking for foam insulation boards

Does anyone know where I can find some foam insulation boards like the one pictured below?  If nothing like that is available around here, I would settle for styrofoam but I don't know where I might find that either.  Thanks

I have very large wall panels that were used in a room for recording music...they are great for insulation. If interested let me know. They were shipped from the U.S. and I have all the wall mounting brackets. Tina

Cochez in David has those foam boards with the silver foil around. I did my whole house with it. You know where it is?
