Looking for taxi recommendations

I have some people who are looking for recommendations for taxi drivers. My list is outdated and when I searched Ning, all the discussions were over two years old. Thanks for any names, phone numbers and whether they speak English.

Fernando, my fave, works mornings and then evenings till late, so you can talk to him in advance and arrange to pick you up after late evening events.
