Got white stuff growing out of the grout joints in my living and dining room. Have used bleach, hydrogen peroxide straight and also mixed with joy. Any suggestions would be appreciated. By the way no where else in the house.

When remodeling homes back in the states I used a mixture of vinegar and baking soda to clean grout lines and dirty ovens. Works like a charm for a lot of greasy things too!
There is a mold eliminator and sealer for sale at Cotez, in David, its name escapes me. Seems to work pretty well in the past for us. It sure can be a nasty problem.
Joseph; is the house a new construction or a structure that has been there for a few years? If it’s new it could be that water is getting under the slab and the builder didn’t seal it to avoid the damp raising. Was the slab poured on a plastic sheet or on bare dirt? Is the house level lower than the surrounding terrain?

That is not mold, it is efflorescence. Concrete, lime and minerals in the grout and tile are reacting to moisture in the air.
Google it.
Our house is 15 yrs old and still gets it in the floor tile joints, etc.
