Women's rights are getting a huge boost today! Washington DC is expecting at least a million women. London's Trafalger Square has a huge crowd of protesters as does Berlin. They are predicting that there are mini crowds of women in each state protesting Trumps stand on abortion, same sex marriage, healthcare and women's rights and his promise to relinquish all these strides women have made. Celebrities and dignitaries are speaking out against Trumps white skin policies. Go women everywhere!!!!!!!

I would be satisfied if this could happen in the next 4 years... then Trump can go build another Hotel somewhere...
I want a couple of conservative CONSTITUTIONAL Justices. lower taxes, balanced budgets through growth. Safe borders and controlled. Illegals processed and returned or allowed to stay in by showing their usefulness to the country. Less government control …let the states take back much of the power as our country was founded, more freedoms, legalization of pot. Lethal military. Beautify and clean the environment through incentives not force. Open up our energy reserves. Catastrophic insurance for everyone. Better education in the country. If necessary make all education voucher backed. Roe vs. Wade goes to the states not the Fed government. Gays and other perv’s have the same rights as anyone else. If we could get this done we call it a wrap.
I think things like this are healthy for a democracy.... takes the diologue to a new level. I hope the discussion becomes more verbal now and let athletic. Maybe less burning and breakage as well. In my opinion if the Left had won with Crooked Hillary the demonstrations would look like kindergarten show and tell compared to the reaction that the Right would have unleashed.
Let's keep the argument going. I still don't believe that the Left understands why they and their candidate were rejected in the election.
Regarding abortion: what about reproductive/sexual responsibility? There are many methods of birth control. If one of these methods fail, there is the "morning after" pill. That pill also can be used in the case of rape.
Re healthcare: Obamacare premiums are about to skyrocket. Many doctors will not accept the ACA insurance. They do not have to accept it. Paul Ryan had made up a healthcare plan during the Obama administration before the vote but the former President would not return the Republicans' calls about it. One called 22 times. Still no answer.
Re: celebrities: Who gives a Tinker's dam what they think? What makes their opinion more important than anyone else's? Generally, they are notoriously uneducated. Regarding Meryl Streep - she gave Roman Polanski a standing ovation when he won an award for Best Director. He is a convicted rapist of a 13 year old girl that he had drugged.
Trump did not mock a disabled reporter. I have seen many clips of Trump making the same motions with his hands apart from when he was talking about the reporter. Streep should have done her homework before she shot her mouth off.
Many women I know do not approve of this silly march. The marchers are acting like it's a social event. Smiling and laughing. Just more sore losers rebelling. I'd like to ask one exactly what rights they do not have in the U.S.
And exactly what was his promise to "relinquish all these strides women have made"?
Re: white skin policies: People of all skin colors work for Trump and in high positions too, i.e., Omarosa is a black female.
Sssshhh... you are speaking facts which only infuriates liberals who will lash out at you and call you names.
Marie,
I admire your point: "Until you have walked in a woman's shoes you should not be commenting on women's issues."
Unfortunately, it is an illogical argument. What you are saying is that a man cannot comment on women's issues. But you are commenting on a man's issue ... which is that of a man commenting on a woman's issue!
It's a circular argument. I cannot comment on a woman's issue, so you can't comment on a man's issue.
On the other hand (there's always another hand), we all can comment on anything we want, both men and women. Other points of view should always be of interest ... both men and women should pay attention to the others' points. That's how we all grow.
Women’s March Organizer Recently Met Ex-Hamas Operative, Has Family Ties To Terror Group
Linda Sarsour, one of the organizers behind Saturday’s Women’s March, being held in Washington, D.C., was recently spotted at a large Muslim convention in Chicago posing for pictures with an accused financier for Hamas, the terrorist group.
Sarsour, the head of the Arab American Association of New York and an Obama White House “Champion of Change,” was speaking at last month’s 15th annual convention of the Muslim American Society and Islamic Circle of North America.
While there, she posed for a picture with Salah Sarsour, a member of the Islamic Society of Milwaukee and former Hamas operative who was jailed in Israel in the 1990s because of his alleged work for the terrorist group.

If Roe vs. Wade is overturned... it simply becomes a State's decision like drivers license's or marriage certificates. What's the big deal? You think California, Massachusetts, Vermont, etc. would outlaw abortions.... you are wasting political capital for no good reason liberals... but you are righting a Constitutional wrong by knocking Roe v. Wade down.. life for liberals in liberal states remains the same...
As for banning Muslims.... Jimmy Carter had a law passed that legally allows this. He kept Iranians out at the time.
Jimmy Carter banned Iranians, not Muslims. There is a small difference between Nationality and Religion!
dumb but must respond... FDR banned Japanese and incarcerated them.... he was a super progressive too... lots of incongruities in politics....
The Choice in 2016 was between a "possible" Nutcase or a Pathological Career Criminal... guess who won?
