Just finished dinner with my family of five at the Italian restaurant
called Milano Italia at the corner of Calle 2 a S | Ave. Centenario
Bajo, Boquete 0413, Panama. Three of us ordered the family sized
Pizza combination which was, without doubt, the best pizza I have
eaten in my 18 years of living in Panama. The ingredients were fresh
but not only that, original ingredients that you would find in Milan Italy.
One of our party ordered the Pepperoni Calzone which was not only
tasty but immense. Another of our party ordered the Meat Lasagna
which was equally tasty. We all ordered fruit milkshakes which were
also generous and good flavored. I am used to eating 3 or 4 slices of
pizza at a time but tonight I was full after eating just 2 slices. The
restaurant is bright and airy, pleasing to the eye and the Staff was very
considerate and prompt. No waiting hours to be served or to pay the bill.

While you're there, pick up a pistachio cream croissant for breakfast the next morning. They have other cream fillings, too. The croissants are in the front case, you place your order, and they're taken to the back to be filled with the cream of your choice. Outstanding.
Where is this?
It's on the corner opposite of the new public school, up a block or two from El Constructor, hope this helps.
