I have found stainless steel stock pots at Arrocha.

What kind of stock pot are you looking for if not aluminum?
Stainless steel. If you are not aware of the link between aluminum and Alzheimer's, you may want to check it out. I thought it was pretty common knowledge. There is plenty of evidence. Keep your mind and lose any aluminum cookware.
What about the use of aluminum foil?
Depends how you use it. Safe for most all uses. Most people don't cook with it. Maybe you should research it.
