Hello, Everyone: as you probably know, Papa passed away here in Boquete on March 12th at his home in Valle Escondido. We did receive a Panamanian death certificate, however, US officials are requesting one translated into English. We would appreciate information from the community on how to effect this. Thank you, Nicole & Daniel Angelus

Hi Nicole,
I was given this name by health care worker. Xenia - 6780-3193, she is actually a medical translator so that should work.
Sandy
The U.S. embassy, upon receipt of a Panamanian death certificate, will issue one for use in the U.S. Have you talked to the Embassy?
Perhaps the requesting U.S. officials can guide you in the right direction. After all, it is they who know what's satisfactory and what is not...
Dear Mrs. Hart, it should be issued by an Authorized Official Translator. I'm at your disposal if you need assistance.
Regards,
Thank you, Kathya, we will be in touch.
