New people coming to Boquete

There seems to be quite a few new people just arrived or just about to arrive in Boquete.

Do you all know that we have an email distribution list here that lets you know about all the important happenings in Boquete?

We send out emails on a daily basis covering a multitude of topics and including (for example) the following:

• lost or found pets
• blood needed
• U.S. warden messages
• Special menus at local restaurants
• Concerts, plays, and other entertainment
• garage sales
• The Tuesday market and meeting
• etc, etc, etc.

Yes, and also.... Gentle Remider to all you wonderful "newbies"....as we Welcome You to this beautiful little Pueblo and area.

The reason you chose to be here might just be?..... the access to many great activities,Theater, Art and Music, Markets,  friendly folks,streets without packs of dogs,a new library,a recycle center,a handicap center, a hospice and health care group,opportunities to help your Panamanian neighbors, rotary and lions club...Just to name of Few of the efforts that Volunteers have brought to Boquete.

We hope that as you Enjoy these efforts...that you will remember to "help" a little bit with whatever you feel you can.

If anyone would like a list of Groups and a Contact person..I would be glad to assist you.

I tried to sign up for the newsletter but got a phishing site warning. I ignored it and got directed to a Gmail site that had nothing to do with you guys.

I still like to sign up but I need further instructions.
