one room apartment needed for long term

I am looking for a small, furnished or unfurnished,apartment. Just needs one bedroom large enough for 2 twin beds, and a bathroom, in or around alto or bajo boquete, priced around 250/month. I need to have it available by Aug 22nd, and at least one year, maybe longer. Hi Don, I have one studio apartment for rent fully furnished for $ 450 and includes in the price the power bill, i ternet, cable tv, water, washer and dryer.
I also have a 2 bedrooms apartment for $ 550.

Hi Don,

I know of an efficiency in Alto Lino. Right on the bus/taxi route. Clean, safe and quiet. Newly built. 

It has 2 full size beds. Completely furnished with a washer.

This place includes internet and cable TV and all utilities paid.

The price is $400 for 1 person and $500 for 2. Deposit is 1 months rent.

I also know of a place a little cheaper in Volcancito but water is very scarce so you may get water every 3 to 4 days only so I do not recommend it.

thank you, Nancy. This is a little more than is needed, or can have. No need for cable TV or internet. Very basic needs for two good young men who will be living here. Even if someone has an extra room and bath attached to their house with a separate entrance will do. If not furnished, we will provide those items needed. Just water (most of the time), electricity, and a roof over their heads will do. And payments will be guaranteed to be paid on time. for more details, feel free to contact me.
