Beginning on Saturday, December 31, probably sometime in the afternoon the fireworks will start and will continue on well into the night.
Please protect your pets by bringing them inside or keeping them contained in a secure location.
As we have seen from just this past week over Christmas, many dogs made their great escape from fear of the loud noises. As far as we are aware none have been found yet.
Please learn from others; this is a frightening time for most of these animals and they depend on you to keep them safe.

Also, please take recent pictures of your pet in case you need them to post........
All this information is very important to keep your pets safe. Good Job Lisa.
Also please remember to have a collar and tag on your pet with your contact number engraved on it so people can contact you immediately if the pet is found....rather than wading thru various websites/blogs/plastered posters, etc.
You can get an engraved tag from Mr. Dog in David, and sometimes from Melo in Boquete and David...(when the engraving machines are operational).....also you can order from Amazon and have shipped to Boquete thru Mailboxes or E Shop.
Take the small steps necessary to ensure your pet is safe at all times, and prepare for the worst......microchipping is not yet fully here in Panama yet....but at least have an identification tag with your phone number on his/her collar in case your pet gets lost.
They depend on US to protect and take care of them.......let's not disappoint them.
