We submitted two events for approval about 4 or 5 days ago. They are not yet on the calendar. We can find no way to contact the NING management directly (no obvious email address).
Since most events submitted to the calendar are very time sensitive, it seems the approval of those events should be a priority at ning.
Olga, can you help? Or Ambreen?

As I have said in the past, I have no administrative control of what gets approved on the page, I cannot edit, approve, delete or add anything. I copied Ambreen and Bob on the email you sent me, but other than that, I am sorry there is not much more I can do.
I have given up on posting event "ads" for the Tuesday Morning Market and my sales of woodturnings that I make on my lathe here, simply because they take days to appear.
In the days of yore, we would see events approved and posted once or twice per day.
The events do get approved by Ambreen, however, advertising shall be handled separately and businesses should follow the rules for those.
Must've been when Fran was admin. She's the lady who manages the FB Boquete News site. Have you tried posting in the FB Boquete Community Group? It does ads.
Emails to both Olga and Ambreen have produced no success so far.
One of the calrendar entries has been pending for 6 days and it's for the Tuesday talk tomorrow.
Guess we can repeat the information here but it really needs to be in the calendar:
10:30 in the BCP Theater
Tuesday July 26 – Howard & Deborah Green will talk about their recent trip to Cuba. They wanted to visit Cuba before the big changes that will come with direct flights from the US scheduled to begin later this year.Their itineary was Havana, Vinales, Trinidad, and Playa Maria Aguilar. They had an interest in exploring large scale organic gardening and the excellent culinary options tourists encounter. They will present how travelers can safely navigate Cuba without a guide, how to book lodging from home, how to travel between cities, and how to access the internet in Cuba, and how to use the Cuban currency. The talk will be accompanied by slides and a Q & A period.
Direct flights are already in effect. Being Cuban myself, living in Florida(Miami) and knowing many Cubans, I really do not recommend any non Spanish speaker to be alone in Cuba without a national or a guide.
Thank you. Don't know how I missed it.
