 safe area: neighboors, good lighting during the night, windows with bars, and house with minimum 2 exit doors (main entrance and the back up one)

 

if is possible with 2 full bathrooms

 

no furniture

 

and a laundry area with space

Would a 2 BR 2 bath condo in Los Molinos interest this person for a 3-6 mo rental?  No furniture but washer/dryer, fridge and stove are included.  24 hr security.  Pool. Central Air. Screened in terrace with view of Baru. $600. not including utilities.
