About the people that break in on my house they were captured today and the police recover the things that they stole. It was very important the police intervention on my case.
We need to be careful because this kind of person first they watch you and then commit the crime.

are we really talking about 'robberies'? or are these burglaries...there is a huge difference...no need to scare people unneccessarily....
robbery , held up at knif or gunpoint , valuables taken from your person
burglary, thieves enter your house and steal things , from your house.
Thank god they were caught. So sorry to hear about the violations to others in our community. Hope Boquete can be crime free from now on..
Very happy that the crooks were caught in both cases! And thanks to both of you for letting us know the outcome. So many times everything seems to be so secrective and we (the community) never get any follow up info. Thanks for reporting and keeping the community updated.
And speaking of follow up, does anyone know the outcome of the "Roger" incident and arrest?
The idea of a checkpoint above the Caldera turnoff is nothing short of brilliant. In addition to having an immediate impact on the burglaries and break-ins, I imagine the missing girls would never have disappeared.
How do we make this happen?
Since then I usually take pics of any suspicious cars driving in the neighborhood. I did see the resent car circling the area but didn't have my cell phone with me at that time. Go figure.
Willow and Abel are the names of the men that caught the robbers. Both are local guys who feel a personal responsibility for Boquete as their home and the home of their families. Both guys just happened to be in the area and were willing to get involved out of general civic duty. These are the folks of Boquete-- I am so impressed.

Glad to hear they caught them Lyn and I sure hope you get your stuff back OK. These are the only two incidents I've heard about lately in Alto.
Good news indeed.
