I wasn't looking for mask de-fog at the time, but upstairs in Daisy's (across from Tribunal Electoral in David) they had a limited selection of scuba gear and boating accessories.
I just spit and rinse like most folks do, unless it's a really scary dive coming up :).
Use a toothbrush and toothpaste to clean your lense before each trip. Then maybe a little spit. I have kept toothpaste and a toothbrush in my bag for more than 20 years.

;)We were taught the spit method.
I have used baby shampoo in the past and it worked great, Just use a little on the mask rinse and you are good to go.
