Starting tomorrow, I will be having a huge surplus of spent barley and wheat grain left over from beer production. There are a number of uses for spent grains (crushed grains that have had a large portion of the sugars extracted out of them during the brewing process) including feed for cows, pigs, chicken and also for making dog biscuits and breads.
I would love to offload my spent grain in exchange for meat or bread or a portion of whatever it is you would make from it.
Thanks in advance

If you want grains from yesterdays brew, please contact me this morning. I will have to dump what I have left to make room for my next brew. 6494-4992
I did not brew today but I have will have 86 lbs of spent grain available tomorrow that will need to be picked up right away. Happy to split it up if a couple of people want to give it a try. Best to call me or come by my brewery (next to Zanzibar) early afternoon tomorrow. 6494-4992
I will have many, many, many pounds of grain for trade on a regular basis for the forseeable future.
And for those who couldn't care less about the spent grain but are more interested at the beer made from it, my business, Boquete Brewing Company, will be up and running hopefully by Feb 19th. Check out my website for updates. Not much there yet but there will be info there along with some local advertising when I have a solid date for opening.

Yes please
I would love to see if my horse likes this.. And I am planning to get some chickens. So I could trade eggs...
When I lived in MO the brewers sold the spent grain and all the dairy farmers and hog farmers were on a list to buy it. Great stuff for feeding animals and they LOVE it.
Hi David,
I may be able to trade you for chili, wild rice pilaf, some desserts, etc.
How much do you have? lbs, buckets, 50 gal drums?
I'm more interested in the beer. Whaddya got?
