Very reliable. Will take you on trips to the border or to the airport.  Speaks perfect English and is a very charming person.  If you call him last minute and he is busy, his wife will also provide transportation. I used him to move me to a new house and to go to the airport.  Once I stayed out too late and couldn't get a taxi.  I called him at 10 at night and he was there in 10 minutes to take me home.  I knew that he was probably ready for bed, but that's the kind of person that he is.

He works all the time.  If you tell him that you are going out and that you will need a ride later in the evening, he will come to get you.  It would be courteous to give him an approximate time and then call him when you are ready.
