BORON --- A BIG THANK YOU AND SOME FOLLOWUP INFORMATION
Thank you to all those who purchased the El Matador Boron Supplement this past week and also to those who requested information.
I want to emphasize some information that will help you get the most benefit from getting more boron in your body.
Most of you probably wanted it because you have arthritis or osteoporosis or because you want to prevent them. But there are some people who use it to treat candida (yeast) infections. If you are using it to protect against or treat arthritis or osteoporosis, it's important to know how to receive the best benefit. Boron helps your body make better use of calcium for your bones. But you need other “helpers” as well. I don't sell these “helpers,” so this is not a sales pitch. First, unless you are getting adequate calcium in your diet, you should take a calcium supplement (300 – 600 mg per day). Then you need Vitamin K2. This is important, regardless of your source of calcium, to ensure that the calcium is used by your bones and not deposited into your arteries as plaque. Next, you should take Vitamin D3 daily for your bones and also for your immune system to ward off infections. (2,000 to 5,000 iu per day). All of these work together to fight arthritis and osteoporosis.
By the way, if you are one of Boquete's hikers, you can probably ensure that you get adequate Vitamin D3 by exposing you arms, legs and/or back to the sun at least part of the time. Your body will make its own Vitamin D3.
As you have possibly read in the earlier material I sent, Glucosamine and Chondroitin work much better if you have the right amount of boron in your body because boron works as a “helper” for them also. So if you have been taking them or want to add them, you may see faster results.
For any of you using El Matador Boron Supplement to treat candida (yeast) infections, it is a good idea to also use colloidal silver and to take a good probiotic for a 1,2, 3 punch. This is a slight sales pitch because I make and sell El Matador Colloidal Silver. It contains nano paticles of pure silver and also silver ions. It can kill over 650 different micro-organisms, many of which are involved in human diseases. Unlike the case with antibiotics, bacteria cannot develop resistance to colloidal silver. Herxheimer reactions. Herx...WHAT? The full name for this is a Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction, named after two European doctors who first figured out what it was. Most people do not have such reactions, but if you do have a reaction like this when you are using either boron supplement or colloidal silver, don't be alarmed. It will not last long, and it's a sign that the treatment is working. If there is associated discomfort, you can take aspirin or ibupofen.
