Cool, Green and the best Coffee in the world
I'm considering moving to Panama, does this happen often. It's kinda scary. I have heard that this guy has sold one house 3 times and no one has closed on it, he just pockets the money. Is this Thurston Beadle the only one to watch out for or are there more.
`tis the new wild west....beware of snake oil vendors....they are everywhere..in Panama also....check with locals , expats and Panamanians before buying from unknowns...just my 0.02
What kind of recourse is in Panama for this type of thing?
very little , unless you find good atty, but they are best to be used up front....to verify, not after the fact after a scam....best resource is locals , expats and Panamanians before buying
I personally have not had the pleasure of using one, but have been advised to use one by the time I buy a house, advised by locals....which I greatly appreciate....which is positive advice....I do NOT reply to every post on here, maybe you see my name often as you might go to the same posts...if not I suggest an elementary math course.
or are you saying that because Im not a resident of Boquete (yet) my input cannot be valuable?
Just throw the garbage over the cliff into the canyon , its the best and cheapest approach
yes, make sure it passes the 'smell test', no matter what you buy! lol
thanks for the post and advise
Keith, You are always so funny!
There are MORE, too many more.
Thanks everyone for the info
Now I am hearing that the bank is working with Mr. Beadle to foreclose and keep anyone from getting their money back from his scam.
I also got some info about Montains del Caldera that they are having major problems. Wow, is it safe to move here?
