For several weeks I have been unable to get any channel on my free account except Fox. Customer support is responsive but has been unable to effect any change. They want to know if anyone else has the same issue.

we have been using SETVNOW & are quite happy with tv service & online customer service
3 day free trial offered
$20 month
you can use on three devices in your home
we use the mag box previously recommended by carlos of IPTV
if you have questions, please go to website.
do not leave any questions here.
Carlos also recommends the Dreamlink box. It has apps like Kodi. You can get all the networks on IPTV and don't need USTVNow. Dreamlink also allows you to go back and watch a program that aired a few days ago and to record programs, so you don't have to pay extra for DVR.
Im having problems with them as well for about 10 days I cannot watch any recordings. 35 emails later wih their techs I am still in the same boat . I had no problems for 7 years until now.
I also saw someone on chiriqui.life has he same problem as us.
We are have been doing the DVR paid service since February. It has been frustrating with all sorts issues. Yes, they are responsive, but just ask if we notice their fix and sorry about that. Problem is, the program is past and not always watchable by another way. I got it because it sounded similar to DVR with Directv and cable. I watch when i can, not when it is broadcast. We have used Amazon Firestick, Computer, Ipad, and most recently, Roku.
Most important to me is football and some tv series my wife enjoys. We have had: missed recordings (hard to prove); voice to lips not synched (most common with the next); Program ends early, anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes; Strobing jumps (anywhere from just jerky to outright 10 to 30 second jumps). At almost $40/month we are getting fed up. Oh, yes, channels going away like the "History Channel" and being assured it would be right back (it's been over a month as of now).
I have tried the "free" (not really) Hulu service and I noticed that they have in "Beta" and new "Live" service becoming available. It is like USTVNow in that their servers record up to 50 hours and you stream when you can. Actually, USTVNow is unlimited number of hours (per them), but it falls off if not deleted in 30 days. You can set up manually to record as many as you want, but only 15 recurring Programs. You can set either "this time slot only" or anytime if shows. Unfortunately that means I have to clear quite a few repeats on some channels that show older seasons along with new.
Anyway, moving next week to another house, so I will probably try their "free week" then and see how it goes. At about the same price, I might switch to free USTVNow (they say if too many sign on to a program, like a football game, they drop of the free viewers - I have seen this regularly last post season at about half time) and to the "LIVE HULU".
Enjoy
On the laptop and two tablets all channels except fox go to a black screen. Chrome, Firefox, android, makes no difference. Any time of day. This just started a few weeks ago after working ok (except for frequent buffering) for a few years. Seems to be a huge challenge for their techies.
