I am doing research for a friend who wishs to buy a 1000-2000 M2 building lot in Volcancito. I have see lots offered from $25 to $50 per meter depending on location/views, etc. But I have been unable to verify what lots have actually sold for from anyone.
If anyone can offer experiences and or what they have heard lots actually sell for, I would appreciate it.
