Again there is no consistency with another business here in Panama. I had moved all of my shipments to The Box Shop several months ago because i live closer to David and thought i was making a good move. WRONG. When this young man started out he was running the business somewhat professional. All of this went out the window. He has sent me no emails of shipments arrived. No phone calls of shipments arrived. They do not keep regular business hours anymore. So when he does not answer the telephone and i have to drive down there downtown in David and the business is closed i have wasted my trip. time, gas etc. Not good. Lately, i caught this guy out Xmas shopping with the place closed. I will be moving my business back to the E Shop in Boquete where they understand what North Americans expect with the standards to be kept while running a business.
