If you are talking about American style ground beef, there is none. The closest I have found is the regular ground @ $2/lb. at the Chino in Los Algarrobas. He grinds pork fat with the beef and trims the sinew from the beef. A good grind, flavorful, juicy and tender.As close to US ground beef as I have found here in 5 years. Don't buy the sin grasse, it is tough and dry, you need fat mixed with the beef to bring out the flavor. But what do I know, just look at my photo.
