The little shop behind Sabrason #3 is great. There is a very good jeweler in the back of this little store. You would never know it unless you go in. I got my watch battery there and installed in just a few minutes for about 3 dollars. He also helped me with a chip that had to be put in our ipad for 3g reception. He is good!
Name of the store? By "behind," do you mean fronting the main street or the side street?

can't remember the name (very small sign), but it fronts the side street, and sits right behing Sabrason #3 on the same street as the big hardward store.
Also the little jewelry store across from the Bomberos, next to the coffee shop, which is on the corner. I don't know the name, but that's where I got mine replaced about a year ago.

Novedades Cristina. Across from Deli Baru. Efrain will edge the date on the battery and give you a 1yr. warranty. 6674-2371
Thanks for the help.
National Electronics is the store Bonnie was referring to next door to Machu Pichu restaurant in Boquete. Diagonal to the Policia.

I believe it's Ven Jewelers. Next to the Duran Coffee Shop. I've used it, too, but they didn't have the battery required by my husband's watch.
I understand that the electronic shop next to Machu Pichu also has watch batteries, but we haven't tried it yet.
National Electronics. They also have and install batteries in most remote controls for cars and gate openers.
